ABOUT ME
I am a happily practicing oculofacial plastic surgeon in solo practice (read: this is my passion project). For years, I have held a scalpel in one hand and carried untold stories in my heart. Somewhere between grit and grace, my life between the operating room and being a wife and mother, I started to live my life more purposefully. My words are raw, my chapters tough. My book is worn—hard to judge by its cover. My heart never spoke of a princess, but of a warrior.
My story feels forged in fire —tempered by anger, sorrow, sacrifice, joy, and relentless reinvention. Solid. Like gold. And under all that pressure, the light shines—-not through me, but from within me. I started this platform because I wanted women to change the way they buy jewelry; I want women to STOP paying for marketing and start buying what they love while recognizing that jewelry can be an asset based on its weight in gold. South Asian women have been doing this for centuries.
What began as a simple hobby—bringing beloved designs to others—has evolved into a deep passion for crafting jewelry of my own. Along this journey, I’ve gone from someone who rarely wore jewelry to someone focused on reclaiming and reimaging the traditional Indian artistry that has too often been borrowed by the West without acknowledgment. From serpentine bracelets rooted in the symbolism of kundalini, to enameled elephants and tigers whose motifs now define global heritage brands, my work seeks not just to create, but to honor the origins that made these designs timeless.
From lasting heirloom-quality pieces to silver-plated mommy-and-me sets that look great and feel good, each item is made just for you—your story, your style, your shine.
My six-year-old daughter already loves jewelry. Now, I can give her the bling without the ding!
Luxury, to me, is not a label.
It’s a state of mind.
And what you’re really seeking?
It’s already inside you.
The radiance is within you.
Remember, the diamond is just a reminder.
This isn’t the end of my story. And, if you’re here, it isn’t the end of yours of either.
Welcome to Pour L’Amour.
For You. For Love.
